The guy bid on the Acupuncture shoes pictured here. As best I determine from his nearly random sequence of keystrokes, the guy bid the wrong amount. I tell him I that as the seller I can't do anything (not true, I learn later) and he should contact Ebay.

Again, I think he's saying he accidentally entered $999 instead of $9 as his maximum bid. Which means we can F with him pretty easy by having friends bid up to $999, and he'll still be the high bidder.
