This Week on "The D.C."

One rumor going around has it that Dick Cheney will step down due to health reasons. Condoleeza Rice will replace him and thus be in a key launching seat for the GOP presidential nomination.

But I'm curious why the wingnuts all think Condi would be such a strong candidate. Her background's in academia, she's never run for an office, she has a chilly public demeanor, and works for a president that half the country thinks is a scumbag.

In other words, she's Hilary.
