The government is stealing my thoughts

For New Year's, most people go on a diet/exercise regimen. I invent them. Mine is called the Little Things Guide to a Healthy Life By Jacob Stohler (c), and instead of pushing a massive overhaul of your life, my plan details lots of handy little ways to burn more calories while taking in fewer. Examples:
  • Rake your own leaves instead of paying someone else
  • Use the stairs at work instead of the elevator
  • Make your default printer on that's farther away

You get the idea. This was going to be huge -- books, TV shows, tours, health club chain, etc. Until the government stepped in and stole my idea. Check out this advice from SmallStep.gov:

  • Take wheels off you luggage
  • Park farther from you destination and walk
  • When eating out, ask your server to put half your entree in a to-go bag

Sound familiar? I agree. I'd sue, but I'm sure Bush would find some way to tap my phone and then have me rendered to an Egyptian prison.
