Overstock Blows it Again

When we last visited the subject, Overstock.com had made 7 customer service mistakes during the course of my one transaction with them, the biggest being that they sent me the wrong product.

Apparently unaware that they've blown this relationship forever, Overstock went and made error #8: they've decided not to return my $78.01.
All refunds for orders paid for with PayPal will be issued as in-store credit to your Overstock.com account. This was stated when you ordered through paypal. You may have inadvertently missed this statement, which is causing all this confusion.

Whether I paid by check, credit card, PayPal or the giant stone coins of the Yap Islands is irrelevant. It's my money that I paid for a product that I didn't receive. Overstock can call it their "policy" all they want, but I'm still filing a complaint with the Utah Attorney General's office.

And just for the sake of Google's indexing engine, here are opinions I've formed from this whole experience: 1. Overstock sucks and 2. Overstock.com sucks.
